Work will commence upon receiving the first half of payment (please make sure to pay within 24-48 hours after receiving our invoice).

An initial sketch will be submitted to the commissioner before any later stage will commence. Once the sketch has been confirmed, any significant change will incur an additional charge.

The commissioner will be notified once the work has been completed, whereas they will need to send the second half of their payment to receive the finished work.

Strictly no refunds.

I retain all rights to post/use any commissioned artwork unless otherwise discussed (terms vary for commercial use).

Any use of Araya Rosei's works in an AI data mining set is strictly prohibited. This includes but is not limited to: the use of his works in image recognition software, machine learning algorithms, or any other AI-based systems.

All illustration commissions are for personal use unless discussed otherwise. Commercial illustrations are priced double the original.

All Vtuber model commissions are already priced for commercial use.

The commissioner will receive the full resolution of the artwork.

The commissioner may re-upload the artwork on other sites as long as proper credit is given, and will not claim the work as their own.

Should the commissioner's instructions be lacking, a work meeting/call may be requested to ensure the quality of the work.

Standard turnaround time for illustration will be from 2 weeks to 1 month upon receiving the first payment. All commissioners will be notified should any external factors affect this timeline.

A maximum of 2 minor edits will be provided for all commissions. Any revisions after this will incur additional charges.
